Public Transit - Bus
From Biloxi, head to the nearest bus stop for the Coast Transit Authority (CTA). Board the Route 33 bus towards Ocean Springs. The bus will take you along U.S. Highway 90 towards Ocean Springs. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of U.S. Highway 90 and Washington Avenue. Here, you will need to transfer to Route 14. Board the Route 14 bus, which is heading towards Ocean Springs. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop close to the Davis Bayou Area entrance, which is 3500 Park Rd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Follow the signs to walk to the entrance.

Bicycling
If you prefer to ride a bike, rent one from a local shop in Biloxi. Start at the Biloxi Lighthouse and head east along the beachfront promenade. Continue on the beachfront path until you reach the intersection with U.S. Highway 90. Carefully cross the highway and head south on Washington Avenue. Follow Washington Avenue until you reach Park Rd. Turn left onto Park Rd, and the entrance to Davis Bayou Area Gulf Islands National Seashore will be on your right.

If you are staying in the downtown area of Biloxi, you can walk to Davis Bayou Area. Start by heading southeast towards Beach Blvd and follow it all the way to U.S. Highway 90. Once you reach Highway 90, head east until you reach the intersection with Washington Avenue. From there, follow Washington Avenue south until you get to Park Rd. Take a left onto Park Rd and continue walking until you see the entrance to the Davis Bayou Area Gulf Islands National Seashore.
