Start at the Biloxi Transit Center located at 1701 21st Ave, Biloxi, MS 39501. From here, take the Route 36 bus towards Ocean Springs. The bus should have a sign indicating its route. Ride the bus for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the 'Washington Ave & 5th St' stop in Ocean Springs. After disembarking, walk east on Washington Ave for about 0.2 miles (approximately 5 minutes) until you reach the Walter Anderson Museum of Art, located at 510 Washington Ave. The museum will be on your left.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from local rental shops in Biloxi. Start from the Biloxi Lighthouse (a notable landmark) and head east on Beach Blvd. Continue until you reach the intersection with US-90. Turn left onto US-90 and follow the road for about 5 miles. When you reach the bridge to Ocean Springs, take a right onto Washington Ave and continue for another mile. The museum will be located on your right at 510 Washington Ave.
