If you are starting from downtown Clarksdale, head west on Delta Avenue towards 2nd Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 61. Cross over to the west side of Highway 61 and continue walking north along the sidewalk. After about 0.3 miles, look for Commissary Circle Road on your left. Turn left onto Commissary Circle Road and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will see Hopson Commissary on your right.

Take a left onto Highway 61 and continue north for about 0.3 miles. Look for the entrance to Commissary Circle Road on your left. Turn left onto Commissary Circle Road and ride for approximately 0.2 miles. Hopson Commissary will be on your right.
