From DeSoto National Forest, head northeast on MS-49 N towards Hattiesburg. Continue for approximately 50 miles until you reach the junction with US-84 E. Take the exit to merge onto US-84 E toward Laurel. Travel for about 20 miles until you reach the town of Meadville. Once in Meadville, follow the signs to Hwy 184 E, and continue on this road for about 5 miles until you arrive at the entrance of Homochitto National Forest located at 1200 Hwy 184 E, Meadville, MS 39653.
