Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the Jackson Convention Complex, head east on East Pascagoula Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North State Street. Turn left on North State Street and walk north for two blocks. You will then reach East Capitol Street, where you will turn right. The Governor's Mansion will be on your right at 300 E Capitol St.

• Public Transit

  From the Jackson Convention Complex, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of East Pascagoula Street and North State Street. Take the JTRAN bus route 3 (Downtown Loop). You will need to pay a fare of $1.00 (exact change required). Get off at the stop at East Capitol Street and North State Street. From there, walk east for two blocks, and the Governor's Mansion will be on your left at 300 E Capitol St.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program available throughout Downtown Jackson. Start from the bike station nearest to you and head towards North State Street. Ride north for about 0.5 miles, then turn right onto East Capitol Street. The Governor's Mansion will be on your right at 300 E Capitol St. Note that bike rental prices vary, typically around $5 for a few hours.
