    From anywhere in The Delta, head south towards Highway 61. If you're in Greenville, take US-82 E to US-61 S. If you're in Clarksdale, take US-61 S. Continue on US-61 S until you reach I-20 E. Merge onto I-20 E and follow the signs toward Jackson. After about 80 miles, take the exit onto I-55 S toward New Orleans. Continue on I-55 S for about 70 miles until you reach I-10 E. Merge onto I-10 E and proceed for about 60 miles until you see the exit for Biloxi. Take Exit 47 onto Beach Blvd. Continue on Beach Blvd for about 3 miles, and you will arrive at Biloxi Beach, located at 1027-1031 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530.
