If you are driving in The Delta, you will want to head towards Jackson, MS. From Highway 49, take the exit towards Highway 20 East. Merge onto I-20 E and continue for about 70 miles. After that, take exit 47A toward US-51 N/US-80 E. Continue on US-51 N for about 2 miles, then turn right onto State St. The Old Capitol Museum will be on your left at 100 State St, Jackson, MS 39201. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that there may be parking fees depending on the location.

Upon arrival at the Greyhound station in Jackson, you can take the JTRAN public bus service. Board the JTRAN bus route that heads towards Downtown Jackson.
