If you are driving from any location in The Delta, start by getting onto US-61 S. Continue on US-61 S until you merge onto I-20 E towards Jackson. Follow I-20 E for about 70 miles until you reach the exit for I-55 S towards New Orleans. After about 25 miles, take the exit onto I-10 E towards Biloxi. Continue on I-10 E for approximately 75 miles. Take exit 46A towards Biloxi and merge onto US-90 E. Follow US-90 E for about 3 miles until you reach 1050 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530. The Biloxi Lighthouse will be on your right. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a small fee depending on the time of year.
