If you are driving from Gulfport, take I-10 East towards Mobile. Continue on I-10 for about 25 miles and take exit 13 for US-49 N towards Hattiesburg. After approximately 20 miles, take the exit towards MS-43 S. Follow MS-43 S for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Ridge Rd. The Crosby Arboretum will be on your right at 370 Ridge Rd, Picayune, MS 39466.

From Biloxi, head northwest on US-90 W toward Highway 49. Merge onto US-49 N and continue for about 30 miles. Take the exit for MS-43 S and follow it for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Ridge Rd, and you will find The Crosby Arboretum at 370 Ridge Rd, Picayune, MS 39466 on your right.
