From any location in The Red Clay Hills, head towards US-49 S. Follow US-49 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach the intersection with I-10 E. Merge onto I-10 E and continue for about 20 miles. Take exit 50 toward Biloxi and merge onto US-90 E. Continue on US-90 E, which will lead you along the coast. Once you reach Biloxi, turn left onto Bayview Ave. Old Brick House will be located at 622 Bayview Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530. Parking is available near the site, but there may be a small fee depending on the area.

You will likely need to take a bus to a central station in a nearby city like Jackson or Hattiesburg. From there, board a Greyhound or similar regional bus heading towards Biloxi. Once you arrive at the Biloxi bus station, you can either walk to Old Brick House (approximately 1.5 miles) or take a local taxi or rideshare service. If you choose to walk, head south on Caillavet St, turn right onto US-90 E, and then left onto Bayview Ave. The Old Brick House will be on your right.
