If you are driving from downtown Gautier, head east on US-90 E toward Ocean Springs. After about 5 miles, take a left onto MS-57 N. Continue on MS-57 N for about 3.5 miles, then turn right onto Crane Lane. The Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge Admin Building and Visitor Contact Station will be on your right at 7200 Crane Ln, Gautier, MS 39553. Parking is available on-site.
