Continue on Highway 82 for about 15 miles until you reach the exit for MS-389. Take the exit and turn right onto MS-389 South. After about 8 miles, turn left onto Bluff Lake Road. The Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge Admin Building and Visitor Contact Station will be on your left at 13723 Bluff Lake Rd, Starkville, MS 39759.
