You will pass by the Tupelo Historic District and the Lee County Court House on your right. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with E Main St. Turn left onto E Main St and walk for another 0.2 miles. The Tupelo Visitors Center will be on your right at 399 E Main St.

Get off at the stop near the intersection of E Main St and S Gloster St. From there, walk east along E Main St for about 0.1 miles. The Tupelo Visitors Center will be on your right at 399 E Main St.

    If you're near the Tupelo Community Center located at 500 County Road 1001, head southeast on County Road 1001 toward N Green St. Turn left onto N Green St and continue for about 0.5 miles.
