From the Vicksburg National Military Park Visitor Center at 3201 Clay Street, drive south on Clay Street, then turn left onto Union Avenue. The memorial will be on your right. There is a $20 entrance fee per vehicle, which grants access to the park for seven days.

The park is well-signed. Be aware that some areas, like North Union Avenue and Louisiana Circle, may be closed for repairs.
