The Copperhead Mountain Coaster at Shepherd's Adventure Park in Branson, Missouri, offers an exciting way to experience the beauty of the Ozark Mountains. As Branson's longest downhill mountain coaster, the Copperhead stretches nearly a mile long with a 3,350-foot downhill track and a 1,450-foot uphill climb. Riders control their speed, up to 25 mph, as they navigate loops, drops, and curves through the forest, making it a thrilling yet safe experience. The coaster operates both day and night, with thousands of LED lights illuminating the track after dark for an extreme fun.The Copperhead Mountain Coaster is designed with advanced safety technology, including an automatic braking system and manual brakes that allow riders to manage their speed. Before riding, all participants must sign a waiver and obtain a physical ticket from the ticket office. The coaster is a part of Shepherd's Adventure Park, located near the Inspiration Tower and ropes course.Height and weight restrictions apply to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 54 inches tall, and passengers must be at least 38 inches tall and 3 years old. Double riders between 3 and 9 years old must ride with someone who is at least 16 years old. The maximum weight per cart is 375 lbs in dry conditions and 330 lbs in wet conditions.
