If you are starting from the Independence Square, head east on E Lexington Ave toward S Main St. Continue straight onto E 24th St and then take a left onto S Noland Rd. Walk along S Noland Rd for about 2 miles until you reach E 39th St. Turn right onto E 39th St and continue for another mile until you reach S Bass Pro Dr. Turn left onto S Bass Pro Dr, and Waterfall Park will be on your right at 4501 S Bass Pro Dr.
