From the Independence Center, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch the KCATA bus route 29 towards East Raines. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop at 40th & 64th St. Transfer to bus route 238 towards Worlds of Fun. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at the Worlds of Fun stop, which is a short walk from the entrance.

If you decide to bike, start from the Independence Square and head north on N Liberty St. Continue on N Liberty St until you reach E 23rd St. Turn left on E 23rd St and bike straight for about 3.5 miles. This will lead you to E 40th St. Turn right on E 40th St and continue until you reach Worlds of Fun Avenue. This route will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your biking speed.
