From the center of downtown Joplin, such as the Joplin Museum Complex, the Route 66 Mural Park is an easy walk. Head south on Main Street for approximately three blocks. The park will be on your left, on the south side of the Pearl Brothers Hardware building.

If driving from I-44, take Exit 8A for US-71 South/US-441 South toward Joplin. Follow US-71 BUS/S Main Street into downtown. The Route 66 Mural Park will be on the left at 629-621 S Main St. Parking is available on the street. Parking is free.
