Check the schedule for buses heading towards Nashville, TN, as you will need to transfer to reach Hermitage. Once you reach Nashville, look for a local bus service that can take you to Hermitage, specifically Route 56, which travels towards Hermitage. Get off at the stop closest to Rachels Ln and follow the local signage or ask for directions to 4580 Rachels Ln.

    Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Lebanon. From the rental shop, head east on Route 64 until you reach the intersection with Route 5. Turn north on Route 5 and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 70. Take Route 70 west towards Hermitage. Continue on Route 70 until you reach Rachels Ln. Turn left on Rachels Ln, and Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage will be on your right.

    Walking

    If you are up for a long walk, start from downtown Lebanon. Walk north on Jefferson Ave until you reach Route 64. Turn left onto Route 64 and follow it until you reach the intersection with Route 5. From there, continue walking north on Route 5 until you reach Route 70. Turn right on Route 70 and keep walking until you reach Rachels Ln. Turn left onto Rachels Ln; Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage will be a short distance ahead on your right.
