If you are driving from any location in Northwest Missouri, take US-71 S toward Kansas City. Merge onto I-70 E toward St. Louis. Continue on I-70 E for about 240 miles. As you approach St. Louis, take exit 40A to merge onto I-64 E toward downtown. Follow the signs for Grand Blvd and take exit 39B. Continue on Grand Blvd, then turn left on Convention Plaza. Finally, turn right onto 16th St. City Museum will be on the right at 750 N 16th St, St. Louis, MO 63103. There is usually street parking available, but be aware that it may incur a parking fee.
