Car
If you are driving from any location in Northwest Missouri, start by getting onto US-71 S from your current location. Continue on US-71 S until you merge onto I-70 E towards St. Louis. Stay on I-70 E for approximately 210 miles. Take exit 40B for Broadway towards the downtown area. Merge onto Broadway and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Grand Blvd, and after about 0.5 miles, take a right onto Grand Dr. Forest Park will be on your left at 5595 Grand Dr, St. Louis, MO 63112. Parking is available in various lots around the park, and there may be a parking fee depending on the lot.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by locating a nearby bus or train station in Northwest Missouri. You can take a Greyhound or Amtrak service to St. Louis. Once you arrive at the St. Louis station, you have the option to take the MetroLink light rail. Board the MetroLink towards Shrewsbury-Lansdowne I-44 and get off at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere station. From there, it's a short walk to Forest Park. Alternatively, you can use local buses; check the Metro Transit website for routes and schedules. Make sure to have some cash or a transit card for fares, which typically cost around $2.00 for a single ride.
