Ber Juan Park: Rolla's Recreational Heart

Ber Juan Park, located in the east-central part of Rolla, Missouri, is a cornerstone of the city's park system, offering nearly 85 acres of open grassland and top-tier recreational facilities. Named in honor of Bert and Juanita Williams, who sold the land to the city at a reduced price in the late 1960s, the park has grown into a beloved community space.The park boasts a wide array of amenities, including walking trails, a state-of-the-art recreation complex known as The Centre, tennis courts, and the popular SplashZone. The land was once part of a 250-acre cattle farm owned by Col. George Holloway, whose former home, the Holloway House, still stands within the park.
