From Table Rock Lake, head northeast on MO-265 N. Continue on MO-265 N for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with MO-76. Turn left onto MO-76 W and drive for approximately 3 miles. You will see the entrance to Silver Dollar City on your right. Turn into Silver Dollar City and follow the signs for Marvel Cave. The cave is located within the theme park, so you will need to pay for admission to the park, which provides access to the cave.
