From there, take bus number 25 towards the village of Vatra. This bus will take you along Strada Pantelimon Halippa. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Eternitate' (Eternity). From the bus stop, walk approximately 5 minutes along Strada Pantelimon Halippa until you reach the entrance of the Eternity Memorial Complex, located at number 5.

If you are already nearby, for instance at the Stefan Cel Mare Central Park (Parcul Ștefan Cel Mare), you can walk to the Eternity Memorial Complex. Head east along Strada 31 August 1989 until you reach the intersection with Strada Pantelimon Halippa. Turn left onto Strada Pantelimon Halippa and continue walking straight. The complex is located at number 5, and you should see the entrance after about a 20-minute walk.
