If you are driving from the center of Rudi-Arionești Nature Reserve, take the main road (DN2) heading southeast. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the local road leading to the Bison Reserve. Turn left onto the local road, and follow the signs for Bison Reserve. The reserve is approximately 3 kilometers down this road. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Bison Reserve via public transportation, you can take a bus from Rudi-Arionești to the nearest town. Look for the bus that heads towards 'Soroca' or 'Călărași'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the nearest bus stop to the Bison Reserve. From there, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers along the local road that leads directly to the reserve. Make sure to check the local bus schedules ahead of time, as they may vary.
