From Șipot Falls Natural Monument, start by heading southeast on the main road leading towards the town of Ștefan Vodă. Follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the town. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Chișinău. Once you enter the main road leading to Chișinău, continue for about 60 kilometers. As you approach Chișinău, take the exit for Strada Pădurii. Follow Strada Pădurii for about 2 kilometers, and you will find Alexandru Ciubotaru National Botanical Garden on your left at Strada Pădurii 18, MD-2002, Chișinău, Moldova. Parking is available nearby.

To reach Alexandru Ciubotaru National Botanical Garden via public transportation, start by taking a bus or minibus from Șipot Falls to Chișinău. Look for buses heading towards the main bus terminal in Chișinău. Once you arrive at the bus terminal, proceed to the nearby bus stop and take bus number 27 or 15 heading towards Strada Pădurii. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to Strada Pădurii 18. From there, it's a short walk to the garden entrance.
