From Vatra, head northwest on Strada Vasile Alecsandri towards Strada M. Eminescu. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Strada Dacia. Turn right onto Strada Dacia and drive for about 4 km. The Zoo of Chisinau will be on your left at Dacia Blvd 50/7. Look for the entrance sign. Parking is available near the entrance, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

To reach the Zoo of Chisinau from Vatra using public transport, first, walk to the nearest bus stop on Strada Vasile Alecsandri. Take bus number 15 or 25 towards Chișinău city center. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Dacia' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the zoo. Head southeast on Dacia Blvd, and the zoo entrance will be on your right at Dacia Blvd 50/7. Ensure you have a bus ticket, which costs around 5 MDL and can be purchased from kiosks near the bus stop.
