The foundations are said to contain soil from across Moldova, representing the pain, diligence, and hopes of generations. To reach the Candle of Gratitude, visitors must ascend over 600 steps from the riverbank. At the base of the candle, there is an Orthodox chapel. The observation platform at the top provides an unforgettable view of Soroca, including the Soroca Fortress and the Dniester River.
