From Tiraspol, go to the main bus station near the Tighina Bridge. Take bus number 19 or 29 towards Chitcani. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Monastery' stop. Walk about 200 meters east along the main road to the monastery entrance. A bus ticket will cost approximately 4 Transnistrian rubles.

If you are near the east side of Tiraspol, you can walk to the monastery. Head east towards the main road leading out of Tiraspol. Continue straight for about 6 kilometers.
