    Walking

    From the heart of Fontvieille, head towards the main road, Avenue de Fontvieille. Walk north until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Avenue d'Ostende and continue straight. After about 800 meters, you will reach the border of Monaco. Continue walking straight into Nice, where Avenue d'Ostende becomes Route de Turin. Le 109 will be on your right at 89 Route de Turin, just a short walk from the main road.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    Start at the Fontvieille bus stop, which is located near the marina. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Gare de Nice Ville' stop. From there, transfer to tram line 1 towards 'Hôpital Pasteur' and get off at the 'Jean Médecin' stop. Finally, walk east along Avenue Jean Médecin, which becomes Route de Turin. Le 109 is located at 89 Route de Turin and will be on your left.
