From Jardin Exotique, exit the garden and head southeast on Avenue de la Quarantaine. Continue until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Spélugues. Turn left onto Avenue des Spélugues and follow it as it winds up the hill. You will see signs for Monte Carlo Viewpoint. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes, and the views along the way are quite scenic.
