If you're driving from La Colle to Port of Fontvieille, start by heading south on Avenue de la Libération towards Avenue de la République. Continue straight onto the D6007 road (also known as Route de la Turbie) and follow signs for Monaco. This road will take you directly towards Monaco. As you approach Monaco, follow the signs for Monaco-Monte Carlo, which will lead you to the eastern part of the city. Once you reach the vicinity of Port Hercule, keep an eye out for signs to Port of Fontvieille. You will need to take a right onto Avenue de Fontvielle and follow it to Quai des Sanbarbani where the port is located.
