    If you are in La Condamine, start from the Port Hercules area. Head towards the Avenue de la Costa and walk south until you reach the roundabout. Continue straight onto Boulevard Louis II, passing by the Monte Carlo Beach Club on your left. When you reach the end of the boulevard, turn left onto Avenue des Spélugues. Follow this avenue until you reach the intersection with Avenue Prince Pierre. Turn right here and continue until you get to Boulevard de la République. This will take you towards the train station. From there, you can take an express train to Cannes. Once you arrive at Cannes station, exit and walk towards Rue d'Antibes, then continue straight until you reach Boulevard de la Croisette. La Malmaison will be on your left at 47 Boulevard de la Croisette.
