Walking
From the center of La Condamine, head towards the waterfront along Avenue de la République. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout at the end. Once there, take the exit onto Boulevard Albert I. Follow this road straight, and you will see signs for the bus station. Keep walking until you reach the train station, Gare de Monaco-Monte-Carlo. From there, catch a train to Nice Ville, which is the main train station in Nice. Upon arrival at Nice Ville, exit the station and head towards Avenue Jean Médecin. Walk along Avenue Jean Médecin until you reach Place Masséna. From Place Masséna, continue towards Avenue de Verdun and then take Avenue Villermont. Your destination, 3 Av. Villermont, will be on your left.
Public Transport
Start at the main bus stop in La Condamine. Take Bus Line 100 heading towards Nice. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Promenade des Arts' in Nice. From there, walk towards the main street, Avenue Jean Médecin. Continue walking straight until you reach Place Masséna. Then, turn onto Avenue de Verdun and proceed to Avenue Villermont. Your destination, 3 Av. Villermont, will be on your left-hand side.
