Getting There
Bus
From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop, La Rousse - Monte Carlo, which is located on Boulevard du Jardin Exotique. Once there, take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes and get off at the Antibes stop. From the bus stop, it is about a 10-minute walk to Cap d'Antibes. Head south on Avenue de la République, then turn left onto Rue des Frères Roustan, which will lead you to the beautiful coastal path towards Cap d'Antibes.
Train
Walk to the Monte Carlo train station, which is about a 15-minute walk from La Rousse. Head south on Avenue de la Costa and then turn right onto Rue des Beaux Arts until you reach the station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Antibes. The train ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Antibes train station, exit and walk towards the coast via Rue de la République. Turn right onto Boulevard de la Garoupe which will take you along the coast directly to Cap d'Antibes.

If you prefer to walk, it is quite a scenic route from La Rousse to Cap d'Antibes. Start from La Rousse and head towards the coast via Boulevard du Jardin Exotique.
