Turn left onto Boulevard de Belgique and continue straight. You'll pass by the beautiful gardens of the Japanese Garden on your right. Continue walking until you reach the roundabout at the end of the boulevard. From the roundabout, take the exit onto Avenue d'Ostende, which will lead you down a slight slope. You will see the iconic building in front of you on Place du Casino.
