Walking
From the center of La Rousse, head towards the coast along Boulevard du Larvotto. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue Princesse Grace. Turn left onto Avenue Princesse Grace and follow the road until you reach the bus stop at the end of the avenue. Here, you can catch the bus to Antibes.

At the bus stop on Avenue Princesse Grace, look for the bus number 100 that goes towards Antibes. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride along the coastline. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Juan-les-Pins station. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the beach.
Train
If you prefer, you can take a train from the Monte Carlo train station. To get there from La Rousse, walk back to Avenue Princesse Grace and then head towards Monte Carlo. Once at the train station, purchase a ticket to Antibes. The train ride will take about 20 minutes.
