Walking
From the center of La Rousse, head towards Avenue de France. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard d'Italie. Turn right onto Boulevard d'Italie and continue walking until you reach the Monte Carlo Casino. From there, follow the signs to the 'Méditerranée' promenade, which will lead you to the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, follow the promenade along the coast, which will eventually take you to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. The walk is approximately 30 minutes, and you'll enjoy beautiful views along the way.
Bus
From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop on Boulevard d'Italie. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais.' After getting off, you will be directly on the Promenade des Anglais, where you can enjoy the views and the beach.
Train
Walk from La Rousse to the Monte Carlo train station, which is about a 15-minute walk. From the station, take a train towards Nice Ville. The train ride takes approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville station, exit the station and walk towards Avenue Jean Médecin. Continue straight until you reach the Promenade des Anglais, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station.
