From La Turbie, drive south on D2564 towards Monaco. Continue straight for about 3 km until you reach the roundabout at the entrance to Monaco. Take the first exit onto Avenue de la Costa, then follow the signs for Monte Carlo. Drive along Boulevard Louis II and continue until you reach the exit for Monaco Ville. Park at one of the public parking areas nearby (cost varies, typically around €2-€3 per hour). After parking, walk towards Rue des Remparts, where you will find the entrance to the Panoramic view. It's approximately a 10-minute walk.

From La Turbie, take Bus Line 112 from the La Turbie bus stop towards Monaco. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Disembark at the Monaco - Centre Commercial stop. From there, walk towards the direction of the Oceanographic Museum. Continue walking up Rue des Remparts for about 10 minutes until you reach the Panoramic view of Monaco. Be aware that the bus fare is approximately €1.50.
