From Monte Carlo, head to the Monte Carlo train station (Gare de Monte-Carlo) which is located on Avenue de la Gare. You can walk there in about 10 minutes. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Nice. The train ride to Nice Ville station takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Nice Ville, exit the station and follow the signs for the tram. Take Tram Line 2 towards 'Port Lympia' and get off at the 'Jean Médecin' stop. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Casino Barrière Le Ruhl. Head south on Avenue Jean Médecin, turn right onto Rue de la Liberté, and continue until you reach the Promenade des Anglais. Turn left, and the casino will be on your right.

To reach Casino Barrière Le Ruhl by bus, you can take the number 100 bus from Monte Carlo towards Nice. The bus stops at several locations in Monte Carlo, including the Monte-Carlo Casino. Ride the bus until you reach the final stop in Nice, which is located at 'Gare Routière.' From there, walk towards the Promenade des Anglais. It will take about 10 minutes to walk to the casino. Head southwest on Avenue de Verdun towards the beach, and then turn right onto the Promenade des Anglais. Continue walking along the promenade until you see the casino on your left.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to enjoy some beautiful views, you can walk from Monte Carlo to Nice. The distance is about 10 kilometers (6 miles) and will take approximately 2 hours. Start on the coastal path along the Promenade de la Mer, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Follow the path as it leads down to the beach and continue towards Nice. Once you reach Nice, walk along the Promenade des Anglais. When you reach the intersection with Rue de France, turn left and continue until you reach Casino Barrière Le Ruhl, which will be on your right.
