From Monte Carlo, head towards the Monte Carlo Casino. Once you are in front of the casino, take Avenue de Monte-Carlo towards the direction of the sea. Continue straight until you reach the Boulevard de Moulins and take a left. Follow this boulevard until it meets the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. The total walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

From Monte Carlo, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Monte Carlo - Casino'. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Promenade des Anglais' in Nice. From there, you can enjoy the famous promenade.

Walk to the Monte Carlo train station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the Casino. Once at the station, take a train heading towards Nice Ville. The journey will take around 10 minutes. After arriving at Nice Ville, exit the station and walk towards the Promenade des Anglais, which is about a 15-minute walk away from the station.
