Bus
From Monte Carlo, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the Casino de Monte-Carlo. You can catch Bus 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. You will pass through beautiful coastal views along the way. Get off at the 'Antibes' stop, which is clearly marked. From there, Plage de la Garoupe is about a 15-minute walk. Head east on Avenue de la Gare, then take a left onto Boulevard de la Garoupe. Follow this road, which will lead you directly to the beach.
Train
Make your way to the Monte Carlo train station (Gare de Monte-Carlo). Purchase a ticket to Antibes. The train ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Antibes station, exit the station and head south towards Avenue de la Liberté. Continue straight until you reach the beachfront. Plage de la Garoupe is a short walk along the coast. Follow the signs to the beach, and you'll arrive in about 20 minutes.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to enjoy the scenery, you can walk to Antibes. Start from Monte Carlo and head west along the coastal path. This route will take you through stunning views of the Mediterranean. Be prepared for a long walk of about 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to stay on the coastal path until you reach Antibes. Once in Antibes, follow the signs to Plage de la Garoupe.
