From the center of Saint Roman, head towards the main road, Avenue de la Costa. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard du Jardin Exotique. Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto Boulevard de la République. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you see the signs for Nice. Keep walking until you reach the train station, Gare de Nice Ville, which is approximately 20 minutes away on foot.

From Saint Roman, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenue de la Costa. Take the bus number 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes and get off at the stop 'Nice - Gare Routière'. From there, you can either walk towards the coast or take a local bus towards the 'Sentier Cap de Nice'.
