If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Sukhbaatar, which is approximately 120 km from Baldan Bereeven Monastery. Take the road towards Khentii province, following the signs towards Ulaanbaatar. After about 30 km, you will reach the town of Baruun-Urt. Continue straight for another 60 km until you see signs for Baldan Bereeven. Follow the signs, turning left onto a dirt road that leads directly to the monastery. Note that the last stretch of the road may be rough, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended.
Public Transportation
To reach Baldan Bereeven Monastery via public transport, start from Sukhbaatar. Take a bus or minivan heading towards Ulaanbaatar. Get off at Baruun-Urt, which is about 60 km from the monastery. From Baruun-Urt, you may need to hire a taxi or find a local driver who can take you the remaining 60 km to the monastery. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand; expect to pay around 10,000 to 15,000 MNT (about $3 to $5) for the taxi ride. Be aware that public transport schedules may vary, so it's wise to check the latest timings.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Sukhbaatar to Baldan Bereeven Monastery. This option will be more expensive but offers convenience. The taxi ride will take about 2 hours and may cost between 40,000 to 60,000 MNT (approximately $12 to $18).
