Getting There
Car
If you are driving, head toward the village of Hatgal, which is located on the western shore of Khuvsgul Lake. The camp is situated in Modnii Uildver, 3-r Bag in Hatgal. From the main road leading to Hatgal, take the left turn at the entrance of the village. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers, and you will see signs for Mongol Ujin Tour Camp on your right. There is no parking fee at the camp.
Public Transportation
To reach Mongol Ujin Tour Camp via public transportation, take a bus or a minivan (known as a 'marshrutka') from Murun, the capital of Khuvsgul Province, to Hatgal. The journey takes approximately 2-3 hours and costs around 5,000-10,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik). Upon arriving at the Hatgal bus station, you can either walk (about 30 minutes) or hire a local taxi for around 5,000 MNT to reach Mongol Ujin Tour Camp, which is located at Modnii Uildver, 3-r Bag.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from either Murun or Hatgal. From Murun, the taxi fare to Hatgal is usually around 40,000-60,000 MNT. Once in Hatgal, the taxi driver can take you directly to Mongol Ujin Tour Camp, which is only a few kilometers away. It's advisable to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
