If you are traveling by car, the Tuul Riverside Lodge is located at Latitude 47.885573 and Longitude 107.237655. From the nearest major city, Ulaanbaatar, take the A-1 highway heading west towards Kharkhorin. After approximately 220 km, you will reach the town of Kharkhorin. Continue on the A-1 for about 40 km until you see signs for Bayanyurkh Mountain. Turn left onto the road leading into the Bayanyurkh area and follow it for about 20 km until you reach Tuul Riverside Lodge. Make sure to have a GPS or a reliable map as signage may be limited in rural areas.

To reach Tuul Riverside Lodge via public transportation, first take a bus or minivan from Ulaanbaatar to Kharkhorin. Buses depart frequently from the Western bus station in Ulaanbaatar and the journey takes about 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Kharkhorin, you may need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a pick-up to take you to Tuul Riverside Lodge. The distance from Kharkhorin to the lodge is approximately 60 km, and taxi fares can vary but expect to pay around 30,000 to 50,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik) depending on negotiation and vehicle type.

Another option is to take a bus from Ulaanbaatar to Karakorum (Kharkhorin) and then hire a taxi from there. After arriving in Kharkhorin, you can find local taxis outside the bus station. Ensure to confirm the price before getting in. The taxi ride to Tuul Riverside Lodge will take about 1 hour. Total travel time from Ulaanbaatar to the lodge will be approximately 6-7 hours including bus and taxi time.
