Bus
From Sukhbaatar Square, take bus number 37 towards 'Bayan-Ulgii' and get off at the 'Mongol Bank' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 3 or 5, which will take you to 'Zaisan Hill'. After getting off at 'Zaisan Hill', walk south along the road for about 20 minutes until you reach Aryapala Temple. The temple is situated on a hill, so be prepared for a slight uphill walk.
Taxi
If you prefer to take a taxi, you can easily find one at any street corner or use a ride-hailing app. Simply tell the driver 'Aryapala Temple' or show them the address: 'Aryapala Temple, ND - 6 khoroo, Ulaanbaatar 12739'. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Make sure to agree on the fare beforehand if you are not using a meter.
Walking
If you are staying near the central area of Ulaanbaatar, you can walk to Aryapala Temple. Start from Sukhbaatar Square and head south on Chinggis Avenue. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Ikh Toiruu Street. Turn left onto Ikh Toiruu Street and continue walking until you reach the base of Zaisan Hill. Follow the signs to Aryapala Temple, which is about a 30-minute uphill walk from there.
