Walking
If you are in the central area of Ulaanbaatar, start at Sükhbaatar Square, which is a major landmark. From the square, head east towards the State Historical Museum, located at the north end of the square. Once you reach the museum, continue walking east along the main road (Peace Avenue) for about 500 meters. Look for the large Cultural Center building on your right. The Mongolian National Art Gallery is located inside this building at the address Соёлын Төв Өргөө-Б Сүхбаатарын талбай 3.
