    If you are starting from Sukhbaatar Square, head northeast towards Chinggis Khan Avenue. Continue straight on Chinggis Khan Avenue for about 1 kilometer. You will soon arrive at the intersection with 4th Street. The National Library, Үндэсний Номын Сан, is located at 4 Chinggis Khan Ave, which is on your left side after crossing the intersection.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    To reach the National Library from the State Department Store, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Bus No. 1 or No. 3. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the 'Chinggis Khan Avenue' stop. After exiting the bus, walk about 200 meters southwest along Chinggis Khan Avenue. The library will be on your left at 4 Chinggis Khan Ave.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a taxi, simply hail one and tell the driver you want to go to Үндэсний Номын Сан at Chinggis Khan Avenue 4. The ride should take about 10 minutes from most central locations in Ulaanbaatar. Make sure to check that the driver understands your destination, or show them the address.
