From the central area of Ulaanbaatar, head to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards 'Bogd Khaan Palace Museum'. You can take bus number 1 or 4. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it can vary. Once on the bus, stay on for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop labeled 'Bogd Khaan Palace'. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes south on Bogd Khaan Avenue until you see the palace entrance on your left.

If you are near Sukhbaatar Square, you can walk to Bogd Khaan Palace Museum. Head south on Peace Avenue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bogd Khaan Avenue. Turn left onto Bogd Khaan Avenue, and continue walking for about 10 minutes. The museum will be on your right side. The walk is scenic, and you will pass by some local shops and cafes along the way.

Taxi
To take a taxi, you can either hail one on the street or use a ride-hailing app. Provide the driver with the address 'Bogd Khaanii Ordon, Ulaanbaatar 17040'. The ride from the city center should take around 15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running. Once you arrive, the entrance to the museum will be clearly marked.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in the city center. Head south on Peace Avenue and follow the route as if you are walking. The route is fairly flat and should take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Bogd Khaan Avenue, turn left and continue for another 10 minutes until you reach the museum. There are bike racks available for you to secure your bicycle while you visit.
